If you are looking for a complete comfort solution for several different rooms, the MXZ multi-room system is the right choice. The system is flexible enough to adapt to specific cooling and heating needs and offers many different combinations of indoor units. The MXZ multi-room system is an excellent choice for supplementing the capacity of the existing system, air conditioning newly furnished spaces or new additions and replacement of the system inside the house. Homeowners can also benefit from lower energy costs year-round while staying comfortable thanks to Mitsubishi Electric's energy-efficient technologies that are part of every system we build.

Precise temperature control technology

The external condenser is equipped with inverter technology and an electronic linear expansion valve. These components improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency by precisely adjusting compressor speed and refrigerant flow.

Advanced filtering system

The MSZ-FS series uses triple action filtration: a nano platinum filter, a deodorizing filter and an electrostatic anti-allergic enzyme filter.

3D i-see senzor

The 3D i-see sensor of the MSZ-FS series monitors its zone for temperature fluctuations. If it detects an underserved area, it will temporarily direct airflow to that area. It also enters power-saving mode if no human heat signatures are detected.

Coating with double protection

A special coating is applied to the heat exchanger, blades and fan to prevent the accumulation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic dirt.

Multiple fan speeds

Quiet, Low, Medium, High, Super High and Auto.

Hot-Start

Mitsubishi's hot start technology prevents cold drafts by delaying fan operation until the heat exchanger has warmed up.

Blade control

Thanks to the double vane features, it separates the airflow to deliver air over a large area and can simultaneously deliver air to separate parts of the room to create a more comfortable natural airflow pattern.

H2i technology

H2i hyper heat performance offers 100% heating capacity at 5 degrees and 93% heating capacity at -13 degrees Fahrenheit.

Integrated base pan heater

Factory installed base pan heater in drain pan. This prevents condensation from freezing and damaging the unit in cold climates.

This product requires the following accessories for installation: Line Set - This double insulated pipe efficiently transfers refrigerant between your outdoor condenser and indoor units. Drain pipe - The drain pipe facilitates the reliable and efficient removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor units to the drainage points of your choice. Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and easy way to connect your external capacitor to your fuse box. Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor capacitor. Plastic base or wall mount for external capacitor - we recommend that external capacitors are not placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall mount will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free of obstructions and debris. Adding these accessories to your order will give you a complete mini split system ready to install. All Mini Split systems require one primary Mini Split installation kit. You may also need one or more secondary installation kits if you have a multi-zone system. You will need a secondary installation kit for each additional indoor unit.
